It is the most important Hindu religious path in the Himalayas, which is found in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand state, in the past which was part of Uttar Pradesh. The path passes through four Hindu pilgrimage destination - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Badrinath is also one of the four seats of a larger Vaishnava pilgrimage route Char Dham. Char dham was originally called the popular pilgrimage path in the four holy places of Hinduism, positioned at opposite ends of the Indian subcontinent Puri, Rameshvaram, Dwarka, and Badrinath. It is believed that the custom of pilgrimage to Char dham, a Hindu truth-seeker and started the VIII century reformer Shankara. Only later, the last of the four sites Char dham, Badrinath, a holy place has become a main Himalayan pilgrimage path that became known as "Char Dham".

Day 1
Rishikesh
Rishikesh Check in at the Ashram in Rishikesh, attend evening Ganga Aarti, overnight stay at the Ashram Meals: Lunch and Dinner


Day 2
Badrinath – Rudraprayag
Badrinath – Rudraprayag Post early morning breakfast, proceed for Badrinath Darshan, post darshan visit Brahamakamal which is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee, overnight stay at Rudraprayag. Please note that the other spots will be subject to the darshan line of Badrinathjee


Day 3
Rudraprayag – Rishikesh
Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (140 kms / 4hrs) Post breakfast, proceed to Rishikesh, and check in at Rishikesh Ashram, overnight stay at Rishikesh Meals: Breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch and dinner will be served at Rishikesh Ashram

Rishikesh Post breakfast; catch a return flight or train Meals: Breakfast will be served in Rishikesh Ashram


Day 5
Rishikesh – Barkot
Rishikesh – Barkot (190Kms/7hrs) Post breakfast, drive down to Barkot. It’s a place of great scenic beauty with spectacular views of snow-capped mountains all around. A magnificent view of the eternal snow peaks of Bandar Punch can be seen from here, overnight stay at Barkot Meals: Breakfast at the hotel , Lunch on the way at Dhaba and Dinner at the hotel


Day 6
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (38Kms/2hrs, 6 Kms/3hrs Trek One Side) Proceed to Yamunotri Darshan at 05:00am, it’s a 6 hours trek in total, you have an option to either walk or hire Pony or by Dole at your own cost. After taking bath in Surya Kund (hot spring) visit Yamunotri temple "Darshan" and Puja of pious "Yamunaji" at Divya Shila Meals: Packed breakfast, Lunch on your own and Dinner at the hotel in Barkot


Day 7
Barkot – Uttarkashi
Barkot – Uttarkashi (100Kms, 4-5 Hrs.) Post breakfast, drive down to Uttarkashi, it’s a 5 hours’ drive from Barkot, overnight stay at Uttarkashi Meals: Breakfast will be served in Barkot, lunch and dinner will be served at the hotel in Uttarkashi


Day 8
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Kms/04 hrs.) Post breakfast, proceed for Gangotri Darshan, it’s a 4 hours’ drive from Uttarkashi, overnight stay at Uttarkashi Meals : Breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch will be on your own and dinner will be served at the hotel in Uttarkashi


Day 9
Uttarkashi– Guptkashi
Uttarkashi– Guptkashi (240 Km/ 8-9 hrs.) Post breakfast, drive down to Guptakashi, it’s a 9 hours journey, check in at the hotel, overnight stay at Guptkashi Meals : Breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch will be served on the way at restaurant and dinner will be served at the hotel in Uttarkashi


Day 10
Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath
Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath by trek / chopper Trek Facility Proceed for Kedarnath Darshan at 05:00am , it’s a 16Kms trek which can be cover in 06 hours, check in at camp or lodge in Kedarnath and proceed for Darshan, overnight stay at Kedarnath Meals: Packed breakfast, lunch on your own and dinner will be served in kedarnath ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Chopper Facility Post breakfast, proceed for chopper base, take the darshan and return to Gaurikund, overnight stay at Gaurikund Meals: Breakfast at the hotel, lunch on your own and dinner will be served at the hotel in Gaurikund


Day 11
Kedarnath – Gaurikund
Kedarnath – Gaurikund Trek facility Post breakfast; trek down from Kedarnath to Gaurikund, overnight stay at the hotel in Gaurikund Meals: Breakfast at the hotel in Kedarnath, lunch on your own and dinner will be served at the hotel in Gaurikund Chopper facility Rest for the day and enjoy your time at leisure at Gaurikund, overnight stay at Gaurikund Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the hotel in Gaurikund


Day 12
Guptkashi – Chopta - Badrinath
Guptkashi – Chopta - Badrinath (250 Kms drive one way/ 8 hrs.) Post breakfast, drive down to Badrinath via chopta, and check in at the hotel in Badrinath, overnight stay at Badrinath Meals: Breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch will be served at local restaurant and dinner will be served at the hotel in Badrinath
